Very poor service of this hotel. I asked them to deliver bedsheet because of torn bed sheet was there. The front guy come to the room capture the pic and left. I called at front desk he told me housekeeping is not available now and he don’t know where is bedsheet located. I didn’t sleep whole night. I request to 訂房網站.com to contact them and deliver bedsheet for me. They didn’t help to me only take my time. Totally disappointed!!

I was with my elderly parents so I had difficulties to step up stairs to lobby and also the restaurant which is in 6th floor need to step up stairs from 5th floor otherwise fine

We stayed one night in a Deluxe Double Room as a couple. The hotel is very close to the airport, and the convenient location is a major advantage. The food at the hotel was tasty and we were satisfied with the quality; however, the prices felt slightly high compared to tourist-oriented restaurants in Pokhara. There were some cleanliness issues, such as a used trash bag left in the bin with a milk-like liquid inside, and a sock that did not belong to us found in the locker next to the bathroom mirror. On the positive side, although Wi-Fi availability was not listed, Wi-Fi was accessible on every floor. In addition, while we experienced lukewarm water or no hot water at other accommodations, this hotel provided consistently hot water, making our stay much more comfortable. Overall, for travelers who want to keep costs down while prioritizing a convenient location near the airport, this hotel is highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. The receptionists have zero manners and don’t know how to talk to guests. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and careless. No respect at all. I felt insulted as a guest. Never coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
